Suzanne Higgins, musician

Suzi is a classical musician, guitar instructor, equestrian, and body worker.  Whew!  I was particularly impressed by her accomplished mastery of classical guitar and mandolin, as well as the large array of stringed musical instruments she collects and also plays.  I loved the angular positions her body assumed as she played her instrument and knew I wanted to photograph her in the process of creating her art.  She is a strong yet contemplative personality who infuses a lyrical sound to her music.
